well it was largely rhetorical but I didn't think legal aid was available to foreigners.
Probably doing it under the 'ooman rites' banner.
The UK courts decided that they were not eligible for settlement in the UK . So the same courts now have to hear the appeal.The legal fees will be paid out of public funds.
Why do you put 'children' in inverted commas? They were all confirmed as under 16 when the ruling was made.

well they have form eddie, describing some who look about thirty as "children" the other week so I naturally assume similar was occurring here.
We are paying TTT - and we will probably be still paying until these leeches are 25 or later !!
