What Are Your Views On The French 'right To Switch Off' Law?

Currently being an employee of a large American Bank that seems to think it owns your whole life I think it is an excellent law and one I would like to see here.

But I am sure others may take a different view ?

Zac, the Distance drivers have a Sleeper cab, although that driver is in bed he / she can still be contacted.
I am not sure how it would work, but yes, if could be made to, I would be all in favour.
anyway, aren't trucks going to drive themselves by the end of next week?
I'm in favour of anything that switches the "frogs" off for a few hours.
