Normally a President's biggest enemy is the opposing party. But Trump's biggest enemy is his own Party, the Republicans. They never wanted him and still don't. He is very politically naive, and that will be his undoing.

I think that in retrospect, the Republican Party are just glad that they don't have to spend another 8 years in the political wilderness.

After all, it could have been worse....Trump could have chosen Sarah Palin for his running mate !

Haha Mikey this is the third thread you have running about Trump. Fixation? No threads generated about Corbyn of late mind.

Togo......Corbyn isn't a racist and he isn't just about to be President !

Nice try to change the subject though !
Will Trump be the first president to govern through twitter?
Only one of the statements was correct .^^ He will definitely not be elected as President of the US.
I'm not sure if Mr Trump will have continued access to Twitter when he is President.

This may be because his office prevents it, but it is certain that his 'people' will want to prevent it, since it provides an outlet for Mr Trump's dangerously ill-thought-out statements, rants, revenges, and similar nonsense not commensurate with his office and responsibilities.

The sooner the powers-that-be can get him releasing approved statements and sound bites, the better they will feel.
I bet he has. The Establishment are running scared and the CIA is inn the thick of the elitist Establishment.

At least when trump p0sts you know it is what he feels, no spin no BS and often what those other than lefist liberal elites want to hear.

What tosh ! He is tweeting his stream of consciousness rather than thinking about the probable consequences of his actions.

His "People" will soon put a stop to that !

The notion that Trump is a 'non-politician' and 'tells it like it is' and all that, is the sort of nonsense that got him elected, but in the real world, it's not what is needed.

It's the equivalent of me winning the lottery, and buying Chelsea, and then saying I'll stop out next Saturday and see how it feels.

Owning the team does not give me the skills to play the game.
Mikey4444 - I think Trump will have to watch more than his tongue. His back and his step are two other features.
I rather think that Twitter is the way he lets off steam in his first reactions. Trouble is that it is public! Perhaps some internet genius can find a way of diverting his utterings onto an account which is answered solely by paid personnel? Hey and confidentiality is secured. I'm sure someone is working on this as I type.

What on earth will you talk about then, Mikey?
How Mrs May is to blame for all the words evils and how Labour weren't to blame for anything that happened in the last 50 years probably
