The are no fixed 'rules'.

It was interesting listening to the children and youths from the brass band in Tupelo, most of whom plainly can't stand the new president, but who are going to Washington for a day out in the capital, as it is the only chance they will probably ever get.

Very polite young people actually. One boy, when asked what he thought of Donald Trump, declined to speak, but his expression said it all
