It didn't look like the woman in the clip was ranting.

We don't see the beginning of the conversation, though. How would she have known the man was a Trump supporter unless they'd chatted about the result of the vote, perhaps.

It could have been that what started as polite pleasantries became a bit more heated. I think she should have been asked to keep quiet or been moved to another seat.
