Do You Think It's Odd That Trump Has Stayed Silent On The Quebec City Terrorist Attack?
He was (very rightly) quick off the mark with the Louvre attack, but seems reluctant to publicly condemn the other terrorist attack of last week.
This seems strange - especially for a man who seems to spend a shockingly large amount of time posting his thoughts on Twitter.

A.... a Muslim
B.....a foreigner
If it was a someone from Syria, or any other country he tried but failed to include in his ban on Muslims, he would have been shouting about it from the rooftops, waving his little hands in the air, in his usual hysterical manner.

// Donald Trump has failed to give a statement in one week about the white man who burst into a mosque in Quebec and shot dead six Muslims.
The man charged with carrying out the attack is French-Canadian Alexandre Bissonnette, a 27-year-old white student who supported Mr Trump and far-right French politician Marine Le Pen.
Mr Trump has not tweeted about or provided a statement on the shooting which rocked Canada and the world. //
Yes, he tweeted about the Paris Louvre attack within hours of the attack, but the incident on his doorstep has been ignored. Perhaps he doesot want to upset his fan base.

In fairness he wouldn't since it isn't sufficiently related to his legislation nor to his country.
It's about a combination of risk level and practicality. White skinned non-Muslims and their countries are less connected with terrorist acts than Muslims are at the present time, so they aren't being legislated for by DT. Muslim coutries are higher risk, so those that won't cause the US major problems if on the list, get to be on the list.

I was mistaken in assuming the OP and other posters were right in thinking Trump hasn’t spoken on this. Can’t think why this hasn’t been widely publicised, but in a press release his press secretary said :
“We condemn this attack in the strongest possible terms….” and that Trump “offers his condolences as well as his thoughts and prayers to the victims and their family and to all Canadians.”
