Are you actually unaware of the simple fact, that this country is predominately a White European Country?

But it isn't 100% white, and because of that, it would seem probable that most Juries would contain some mixture of different flavours.

The BBC are bending over backwards: there is a disproportionate number of JBs on its staff. In a recently closed series, I had the impression the jury comprised easily half such people.

If that's true of the pool from which jurors are selected, then about 1 in 5 Rochdale juries would be all-white. Hardly uncommon.

These stats tables give the odds of zero non-white jurors as 14.22%, which is a gnat's over 1 in 7.

Splitting hairs a bit but I'm still curious.

Oh and my usual disclaimer: probabilities have no power to stop things happening anyway.

Chances of 12/12 jurors being white are 0.876^12 = 0.204 or about 20% or 1 in 5
