AOG....well, yes, I would have thought so.
I suppose if they were UK trained, that might, just might, reduce their chances of radicalisation as i mentioned above.

I suggest that he and others were radicalised before they went to Sudan for their further studies.

most likely...as is usual they have some delusion about fighting the religious or otherwise war as if it will bring them some glory...probably many others who have left these shores have gone the same way..those silly wee girls who run off via Turkey and end up being abused and used, no way back for them if they do go in my opinion

Problem being though, according to some reports there have been others who have returned to this country and others still waiting to return.
shouldn't be allowed..they go they don't come back..what poison will they bring back under the pretence of contrition
I don't think it is appropriate to 'rejoice' in anyone's deaths - even those who have abused the gifts and training they have had to turn to IS.

There are no winners or losers in this tragedy, it simply highlights the futile waste of life that results from religious extremism.

One has to ask, if the power of Islam can eat into the mentality of those who are otherwise vastly educated, can any followers of Islam be trusted?
