togo, was working in an office when one bomb went off, when we knew it was the IRA wondered when the next one would be, not long after we found out. remember they almost killed our entire government, they were ruthless bstds

I too am astounded by the number of posts that have been removed.

Neither were the posts regarding the IRA and since they had nothing at all to do with yesterday's security alert, it is those that should have been removed, or better still the whole thread removed, because my "breaking news" thread has been completely ruined.

I agree Mam, thankfully it was a false alarm, but always best to err on the side of caution.
