UKIP, however, won't be it - they were a single-issue party whose main reason for existance will shortly disappear. They have the problem that "Getting out of the EU" will have attracted a wide range of supporters, of every political stripe, these same people won't be able to unite behind the range of policies needed if UKIP are to continue as a full alternative to the Conservatives, Labour etc. I would place them in the same position as the SNP, they gathered support while the message was relevant to people, but that support will soon die away once the main issue is resolved.
