Disability benefit is not just given out willy nilly. It is given after a medical assessment.

The Daily Mail snooper, who probably isn't medically trained, or qualified in any way to assess disability, Say he saw him walk to his car and he didn't look disable. So his benefit has been suspended pending presumably a re-assessment and a medical report.
I wonder if the Daily Mail will report when he gets his benefit and back pay back?

The vast majority of disability claimants are genuine. To get DLA is extremely difficult and involves doctors and qualified assessors.
A few (very small number) do cheat the system, but an unqualified assessment by a non-doctor is pretty worthless evidence.
His claim will now be re-assessed. But don't hold your breath that it will not be reinstated.
