Pepsi has swallowed ( yes pun intended ) the criticism over their ad where a white girl gives a pepsi to a policeman - also white -
and defuses a racial situation
(in the ad the non-whites [or should that be nie-blankes) cheer as she does so - even I would cringe if I saw a rush of that)
but we must be fair minded
didnt Philip Doo-dah walk over westminster bridge the very next day to show solidarity with those injured the day before ?
the crowds jeered but I say - good on you Phil!

I would eat my left foot if any black person (other colours are available) was offended by this.
In my book this comes under the heading of Complete Arsewater.
Scott Bellows Tweets "This is so racist I do not even know where to begin". A good beginning point for him would be to understand what the word racist means.

I didn't know that about white dresses, jno. Interesting.
My OH and I used to joke that if we got married I'd have to wear a yellow dress, not white. :)
As to the OP, what a load of nonsense. At worst, the ad's tagline was meaningless. It's meant to convince people that the deodorant can't be detected on black or white clothing, but I can't see why the advertisers chose that phrase.
