It would be a major step up in their launch activity. So almost certainly bluster. As far as nuclear capability goes no one really knows what it is: as previously stated it is probably non existent currently as far as firing a device is concerned.

yeah load of old pony, the septics will have every inch covered and if jing jong ping gets remotely near producing a nuke and the means to deliver it they'll carpet bomb the SH out of anything that looks even slightly dangerous. I'm not worried at all.

The powers of the region won't let it go far enough that their people are threatened and the Yanks won't let them get off the ground at all. The problem is their missile technology is straight out of the 1960's , they just don't realise it yet.The US Navy battle group currently off their coast could wipe out the entire NK missile system in around 10 minutes.

North Korea has built an entire fake city a couple of Kilometers from the South Korean border to make it look like NK citizens live in modern luxury apartments. So fake missiles would be no problem.

I wonder if North Korea fully appreciate the size of America's armed forces in general and navy in particular. I remember recently reading that America has the biggest navy in the world, which is no surprise but it stated if you take the next thirteen countries which have a navy, add all their ships together, there still wouldn't be as many as America have. In addition the U S navy have so many planes that it is the second Largest air force in the world and finally it has more aircraft carriers than the rest of the world put together.

NK can only be too aware that if it were not for China they would have been a desert 50 years ago. Now China are getting fed up with them. That should give them cause for concern.

America may well have a large military but history shows they can still get bogged down in foreign conflict. What makes one wonder about North Korea's sanity is this mention of all out (nuclear) war. Why would they want to underline that it'd be vital to take out all of the government and powerful/influential individuals if one tried to take out NK missiles; if one wished to avoid continued conflict ? A death wish maybe ?

The problem is no one is too sure what they do have and if you leave it long enough then they certainly will have something. Undoubtedly they will have short range 'dirty' missiles so is it best to put a lid on it now before they do get the Eureka moment?

China holds the key and needs to step up.
