about time too !! so pleased for his wife and family..he served a sentence for poor judgement at the time, but mitigated in my opinion...hope he gets all the help he needs now to put it all behind him and move on....

Would this issue have come about if the tables would have been reversed? I doubt it, Lawyers trying to make money out of the British Servicemen / women, that's about right for the UK.

The Issue is, the service person was in combat, there should be NO TV Or recordings, as said, if the table would have been reversed Sgt B, would have been another serviceman killed " End Of" it seems they go out to disgrace our service men / women, but yes, this is the UK. look after the Killers / Murders and sod the people that are trained.

Sgt Blackman, a registered Serviceman not a jumped up killer, should be cleared of everything thrown at him by the *** Army & compensated fully for getting rid of killers not a serving solider.
