I think there is a slight difference in Mikey/ Trump using silly phrases , any remarks Mikey makes " or not" are confined to AB, its not the silly remark as such that is the problem with Trump, its WHO the information was given to in the oval office .

Calling someone a nut job , a head case, crazy or balmy and suchlike is not the same as saying they are "mentally ill" and you know it. We all say these things every day of family and friends alike.

Khandro, Have you actually read the full transcript of what Trump said to the Russian minister?
He clearly meant that the head of the CIA was mentally defective and that the allegations over Russian influence were due to his 'mental problems!'
It is NOT me that is saying that this is a case of obstruction of justice and therefor a reason for impeachment it is the political commentators and lawyers in Washington!
Read the media! It is saying that this is the worst thing Trump has done so far!
