For anyone interested.

yesterday I stated that my husband's cousins daughter was injured in the Manchester attack. She's doing well and yesterday met the Queen!

Here's Amy (4th photo down) sitting up looking much better alongside her seemingly star struck mum, lol.

thanks to everyone who voiced their concerns, we think she'll be home today :-)

She's back home mallyh, and frankly I can't blame her!
I read somewhere she has offered to cover funeral costs ?
God I didn't know that B00. Thank goodness she's ok- terrible terrible thing to go through x
That's nice, B00. I wish her well.
Bless her. I worry about the long term effects something like this will have. So young to have to deal with it.

she is the one who wore her precious precious Ariana t-shirt for the Queen ( who was surprisingly knowledgeable for a 91 y o about a teenage idol )

The kidz from the seventies seem to have developed normally - mind you they are irish ( cringes again)
Good that she's recovering. Hope all the injured do so soon.
Peter, they grew up in the troubles, they knew no different. They didn't just go to a concert. Massive sigh!!!!

lol, yes, i saw the comments from an ABer about the parent's not standing.

Can I point out (smugly) that at least Amy's dad stood up for her Majesty ;-)

i think Amy'll be fine Peter, she's from a very loving family who'll see to it that she overcomes this.
Glad she's ok, B00. Heart-breaking to see the list of the deceased on that link. All those lives cut down before their prime.
Some good news, fabulous :-)
