this day after a guy went into a gym for five hours and left 3 dogs ansdcat in the car no widows open ,all died !

This is in a town close to me, he's a good man, he never set out to kill his baby, if he survives this himself it be something, they loved that baby, adored her, he wasn't the one regularly bringing her to creche, had she not been sleeping he just may have remembered she was in car, the paper says she was found unresponsive, it was the father, when he realised he had baby Chloe raced back and found his adorable baby unresponsive, he won't be charged or prosecuted, it was a very tragic accident and I just hope he can live with himself after this. He never set out to kill her.

He only has a life sentence if he has a conscience. Many people do not.

it clearly wasn't deliberate, but also not stupid in the usual sense; there's nothing to suggest he was normally a bad father, just a man who had a brain fade. Nothing specially to do with how hot it was, he just forgot he hadn't handed the baby over. I regret to say that could have been me. I really can't see how jail will will help anyone.
