Farron is indeed on the radar screens.....in my time, it was Con with Thatcher's Min of Agriculture, Michael Jopling, and a family friend. The Libs got it three elections back on a thin majority (c.300) the Tim widening it in the next to 13k and then slipping back at the last one....

Why the change - in a fundamentally conservative (small C) agricultural area, disillusion on his ineffectiveness, his muddled personal values, UKIP actually not a massive presence but still 3000 votes....

By the way, there is a candidate for the Inds standing called Mr. Fishfinger - shame that he isn't standing for the Bird's Eye Party.
