At first look I thought of Peter Dinklage (Tyrion 'The 'Imp' Lannister, Game of Thrones) The second one more like Terry's chocolate and melting in the Sun.

I think it's a good likeness, I dunno why they erected it though, He did nothing for Limerick, left it in childhood and lived and worked in England all his adult life, nice spot for pigeons :)
