RAPE!! where by who? 'All Mummy wanted was a back rub' Was most likely intended to mean that the back rub just led to consensual sex by means of foreplay and seduction! Im sure a massage by a loved one has led to full sex by many on here!

Dave, you don't get pregnant from a back rub - if she didn't consent to sex then it's rape.

?
What are you thinking?
RAPE!! where by who?
'All Mummy wanted was a back rub'
Was most likely intended to mean that the back rub just led to consensual sex by means of foreplay and seduction!

Im sure a massage by a loved one has led to full sex by many on here!
People just twist this sort of stuff to help them be offended. Ridiculous!!
Nothing offensive that I can see.
I don't think they're offensive slogans.

Ill-conceived perhaps.
+1 for what RATTER said.
Even the people who have complained say they aren't "offended" by them. They are both a bit crappy though. I wouldn't buy either.
I think that has to be the approach pix - you can spend valuable time and energy being outraged by something that is not that important in the scheme of things, or you can simply decide it is not for you - or indeed me - I wouldn`t dress my youngest grandson in that, and I know his parents wouldn't either - because it`s naff in the extreme.
My youngest had a t-shirt that said "I do all my own stunts". Was quite appropriate in his case :-)
I want one!

I did see a baby with a tee-shirt that said`"Teething - it`s the pits!" which I loved.
1st one is tacky and distasteful. 'Boys will be boys' is often an excuse for doting parents failing to control bad behaviour - I came across it often enough in school and it stinks. Wouldn't buy either for my grandchildren.
Spot on, J......parents smile at you as they say it, don't they?...
"Your son broke three windows in the library today...messing about and throwing books."
Well....boys will be boys......

I might wear a Tee shirt that said.....My stunts find me.... Pixie... :-)
I'll see if I can get one printed for you, gness :-). I agree with the "boys will be boys" thing- never an excuse.
Watch out for any misprints though...xx
Thanks, Pixie!.....x
I accept that bad parents do trot out cliches about 'boys being boys' - but I do think that maybe we are assigning that attitude to this slogan when it I not appropriate.

I have a pretty finely-tuned antenna for things which are just not right - and I simply saw this as a phrase, and not one loaded with meaning at al
really, rape? Jeez, you must be joking...more offensive would be "I'm a priest and you know what that means!"
To me they aren’t particularly offensive but both are naff....if Asda are looking to go up market then epic fail.
I think Asda are doing what all businesses do - looking for business, and since the shallow end of the gene pool is much more heavily populated, they are pitching it about right for those all important profit margins.
Not inoffensive just tacky.

Just dont buy them and it will stop. If they sell in large numbers then clearly they are acceptable to a lot of the public so fine.

I find the word Vegan offensive, perhaps I should write to the Daily mail?
