The EU "Parliament" is not worthy even of the name. It has many faults but among the most significant is that it cannot propose legislation but can only recommend amendments (but cannot frame them) or refuse to countenance a proposal entirely.

Haha. Oohh dear, ow sad, what a shame. Even Muskrat described Brexit as a “disastrous creature” that the EU had done nothing to stop. Perehaps a drunker Juncker would have stayed in his bunker.
