Charlie Gard: High Court To Hear New Evidence In Case
http:// www.bbc .co.uk/ news/uk -englan d-londo n-40552 026
I heard Charlie's Mum being interviewed on the Today Programme this morning and she made a very powerful argument to allow her son to travel to the US for treatment.
I only know what I have read, but surely its worth giving his little lad another chance ?

I have read somewhere that if he survives he will never be capable of living a normal life, a very hard decision to make either way. It does sound as if they (Parents) are now getting some more help.
I wish them Luck and do understand why they're doing it.
I have every sympathy with the parents and of course they want their child to live. But ... what sort of life? I understand he is unable to hear, see, swallow and is brain damaged. The parents say he is not in pain - I suspect that is because he is on painkillers. It's a very difficult decision for everyone and not one I would like to have to make, but I think it is cruel to keep him alive like that.
There are two identical threads on this, I have just answered on the other one
