The UK is grabbing power back from the un elected corrupt tyranny of the EU, surely that's a good thing isn't it?

The moaners should show where in the draft bill it indicates the devolved parliaments won't get it.
Is it merely about their interpretation to further their hampering process or is there actually a real problem?
Would it be beneficial to draft a bill that hogties the hands of government or once the repeal is enacted to ensure whatever appropriate powers are devolved to do so?
I say scrutinise the bill and ask for clarification but stop saying it is a dud for the sake of it.

Best I can do cassa is point you to Schedules Two and Three of the bill (linked in the other thread on this topic), which deal with the devolved administrations. I honestly can't say if Sturgeon has a point or not, but that's the relevant passage so I'll leave you to look at it and reach your own judgement.
