Unhappy With New Solicitor

I signed up with solicitors firm on no win no fee 2014 had a brilliant person and case was proven, this person left over 18 months ago, no confidence with new person doesn't want to meet me that over a year, my case was proven but still ongoing need some advice who do I talk to at the firm to state how uneasy I feel

yeah bill is right.

it should be somewhere in all the guff you were given on sign-up or even on their site.

and does work ! ( depending on the firm of course)
