Explains some powers insistence on retaking votes/elections when the result is unfavourable to them. Pity names weren't named.

that's nonsense. Currencies don't move "regularly", they respond to events. The pound is currently near its all-time low against the euro, and unlike its previous fall during the housing crisis, this one is self-inficted
