Not at all - I am perfectly able to follow a thread, thank you.

I can understand and respect the view of anyone who believes this man deserves to be executed - even though I disagree.

What I find repugnant is the callous indifference to the life of another human being, the 'couldn't care less either way' approach - and that has been evidenced by just you, and one other.

As usual, you fail to implement the 'So' Rule correctly, but never mind.

Yes, I have no problem with Chill's view, although I disagree with it.

Had Chill posted something along the lines of "He could or should be executed, but I couldn't care less if he is or not ...", then I would take an issue with it.

If you think a human being should be executed, that is a view I can respect, but disagree with.

If you couldn't care less if a human being is executed or not, then that is a view I cannot respect.

If so, I am simply responding to posts, which is what everyone does, that's how threads work.

I do accept that we don't all have the same view on things, I would not have lasted this long on here if I didn't!

However, I don't accept childish playground insults, so I have challenged Talbot on that, and await his response.

We cross-posted there - this response was not visible when I responded to Mamya.

I never lack the courage to respond to anything, so that would never be a reason why I did not reply to something on here.

As to the thread 'mysteriously disappearing' - there is no mystery involved, threads are deleted for a number of reasons, none of them mysterious, and if I was directly involved in it, then it would not be me who deleted it, that is against the rules governing the conduct of Moderators.

For the record, I have never yet deleted a thread on here.

So, if you want to resurrect that particular argument with a fresh thread, please feel free, I will see you there.
