It seems that JimmyK would have chosen a different name for her party so so let's help the wee un along with some suggestions.....How about: The Scottish Different Dependence Party, SDDP?

Scottish National Party seems to sum up exactly what it all about. After all, they have been extraordinarily successful of late, effectively putting Labour, the Tories and the liberals out of business north of the border.

Plaid Cymru would be glad a smidgeon of the SNP's success.

Yes but the last thing she wants is independence. Queen Nicola has made it very clear she wants to leave the UK but only to be dependent on the EU if they'll have her, hence SDDP.

Farage is the ex-Leader of a Party that doesn't really exist any more. It has no MPs and is just about the lose all its MEPs.

On the other hand, the SNP is the third largest political Party in Britain, with 35 MPs at Westminster, and it has overall control of the Scottish Parliament.
