There are three camps: climate change deniers; those who accept climate change is taking place, but believe that humans have no influence on it; and those who accept climate change is taking place and believe that humans have an influence on it.
Which camp Trump in is unclear - he's said so many different, contradictory things that put him in each camp . I think he's probably in the third camp but it doesn't really matter because, whatever his opinion, he is more concerned by other issues that would be harmed by taking large-scale action on climate change. The world may become a worse place for the masses through climate change, but as long as the world is a better place for Trump and his descendants, what's to worry about? ... is the attitude.
So no, you won't see Trump changing his mind on climate change. Not until it becomes a threat to him personally, to the extent that it outweighs the benefits he is getting by ignoring it.
