It is no wonder that so many homeowners don't want to leave their properties. I have just seen a video of the looters stealing just about anything that they can carry.

I know what I would do with looters. How would you punish them?

The thing which is important to the story is that when there is a major catastrophe, therequote[will] be looters.

It happens all over - and in the same way that some will use the opportunity to steal, there will always be others to use the same opportunity to bring forth their agenda.

It is not a diversion, this thread is about the looters not the major catastrophe, and the identity of these disgraceful looters needs to be known, be them black or sky blue pink.

It's an even odder thing to say because at the moment the US Police seem desperate to find any excuse they can to shoot black people.

During WW2 looting was a hanging offence in this country

but, funnily enough, nobody was hanged. Perhaps our forefathers, busy fighting an actual war, weren't as bloodthirsty as their descendants with the internet access and their demands for vengeance.

Community service is generally given out for lesser serious crimes, and looting is not one of them.

Fairly sure given our advanced government security clearances neither of us are considered psychos or a risk to the public at large.
