UKIP has avoided total implosion, by not electing Waters, so they live to fight another day.

I have never heard of Bolton but I wonder how long he will stay in post ? Lets hope this one has some grasp on reality, unlike the sadly missed Mr Nuttall, who I liked for his comedic value, as much as anything else.
