Are these the 'intelligent' young we should be listening to? According to many left wingers that is.

Why do you take one event and make some tenuous connection to Labour and the left wing? You’d have to be some kind of special stupid to think that these eejits vote a particular way, or are supportive of a particular type of politic.
No, obviously. You should be listening to young intelligent voters like me. :/
I am with Zacs here....I can't see connection between "left wingers" and this article.

Could any of these students have been Young Conservatives perhaps ?
From what I know of York University, these are probably members of the Young Conservatives (or Young Farmers - which is pretty much the same) - but I won't be heaping 'guilt by association' on the highly respectable Tory Voters on this site ...

Did you not see the question mark? No I doubt you looked that far.

And thanks for the insult. I expect nothing less from you ZM.
I don't see the problem here, they should be called to the office of the Dean, read the riot act ....and sent down.
YMB...don't be so touchy....you posted this thread after all !
Sign of desperation when the attempt to smear Labour is so non existent, that the question is laughable.
These fools are not representative of young people. And not all young people vote Labour.
Labour do have policies that appeal to the you g. Any sensible party will try and appeal to ALL voters and not exclude any particular section.
YMB, I’m not the one postulating that students who do stupid things vote Labour; a complete non sequitur of a question.
they sound like members of a branch of the Bullingdon club to me.

jno......hardly......blacks are not allowed in the Bullingdon Club.....LOL
Zacs; The three in the photograph don't look like young Tories to me.
And now we have the idiotic suggestion that voters can be determined by their appearance. Still, it was from someone who mistook Katie Hopkins TV watching as an eye witness account, so.....
Why is that that even the most tenuous of links to bad behaviour is always pounced on as revealing the "true nature" of Labour voters and yet Conservatives burning money in front of the homeless or bullying their own into suicide or advocating violence or expressing Nazi views are always just shrugged off as "a few bad apples"?

Could it perhaps be that ridiculous charicatures are emotionally satisfying headline-grabbers rather than rigorous ways to understand who votes and why?
DM readers are an emotionally hungry bunch Krom.
"Did you not see the question mark?"....a very well practised Daily Mail ruse - sticking a "?" at the end of headlines
I didn't see any political references in the link but what I did see is very disgraceful behaviour that could have a tragic result in some cases.

Fools.
Of course, the problem with drawing attention to the question mark in the title is that it allows me to cite Betteridge's Law of Headlines here.

They should be made to sit and watch each episode of the excellent and illuminating documentary series "Ambulance". If they have any sense at all, that ought to stop them doing things like this..................... ever again.
