Or do you think it is actual progress

Or another thought is what have we agreed to to be given them more money and chucked the bone of 'preparations for the preparation of trade talks' flannel?

I've really tried to hang on in there with Mrs. May - she has some sterling qualities - but she is not the person for this job. I recognise that she has an almost impossible gulf to straddle, but that's the point, really, it is virtually impossible to be balanced. A side needs to be taken and stuck to.

The EU are chucking a few crumbs to drag out negotiations another few months. They desperately want us to be left with too little time
to make any other arrangement except to accept what they offer - which won't be good. Where the heck is this man (or woman) who 'cometh with the hour?

No, I don't think it is real progress.
The latest news is that there has been no progress at all. Read what Mrs May actually says it is a politician's way of saying 'nothing has happened and there is no progess'

She is gearing up to announce that we will leave without a deal.
That means Labour , the Tory rebels, the SNP,the Lib Dems , the single green mp and the Welsh Nationalists will all unite to vote out Brexit which is precisely what was intended from the beginning.
Fingers crossed.

Deal or no deal that is the question lol

The crumbs thrown at us as a time waster are really all we will get from the EU. I do believe that we need to grow a pair and just say this is what you want, this is what we want. Let's have a chat about how we get to an agreement but if we can't then thanks but no thanks.

But that will never happen. There are too many MPs/lords willing to sell the country down the Swanny to just make a point.

I find it infinitely sad that they are using Brexit as a self serving platform to further their own nests and not taking the future of the country seriously.

Rather than fighting they should be uniting. Demanding the best deal and not putting barriers up and undermining it.
