Pulling the bridle causes the horse pain, damaging its teeth & mouth. The horse might now need 'trust' training. The man deserved whipping.

I was formidable back in the day albs, more of a wimp now really, but that's cos I'm getting old (haha).
So to sum up - her husband's wrong, she was not drag hunting as explained in the usual sense (with hounds), the saboteur's disguises didn't fool Abers, who have a good idea of their Mother's reaction and even more their employment(or lack of )status.

Good here isn't it?
//her husband's wrong//

And not only her husband ...
AND if I was still young and fit I'd be out with the sabs again.
So to sum it up, the saboteurs look upon it as a days...........hunting?They just can't afford a horse or organise their own course. Why don't they combine and let the horse riders chase them?
I can only giggle at being called pompous and patronising and am clearly misunderstood. I am anti fox hunting (just) and have seen many threads about it on AB and discussion in print and with friends over the years. I still maintain that SOME posters consider those who hunt to only be of the upper middle, rich, "toffs", "hoity toity" classes and it's that which irks them. I know who they are and for the record gness isn't one of them.

still no sign of mikey then??
Stay in the warm and dry HereIam.
I'll have to, like I said, I'm not young and fit any more ..
Hereiam, you could give some lessons " to the great unwashed" or should we be calling them terrorists, ? :-)

lend me a bag of sand anne.....
We had heavy rain last night too.
I hope not heavy enough for sandbags M .
No, thankfully not.
Could I anne ??
Oh yes :-)
To all my fans...I am still here, but I haven't changed my opinion or view about this matter. The woman drove her horse directly at the Sab.

And like HereIam, if I were younger and fitter, I would be out with the Sabs as well

What about the harm caused to the horse?
Baldric, do we know that the horse was indeed harmed,?
it was Anne ..it suffered cuts to it's mouth from the bit
