If the travel ban is primarily a move to ensure the safety of ordinary Americans from the threat of murder by terrorists, then it’s pertinent to look at what the real threat to American security is.

It’s internal.

It’s their rampant and entrenched gun culture.

A way of living oking at it is this...Trump is a zookeeper, and has initiated a policy to keep all the lions caged, because they present a clear danger to visitors.

However, at the same time, he’s allowing the pumas, grizzly bears, panthers, cheetahs, polar bears, rattlesnakes and wolves to roam free.

It is amazing yet not unexpected how the usual suspects introduce diversionary tactics whenever Islam or Muslims come under criticism.

Notice also how sp1814 labelled then "Lions" in his "Trump is a zookeeper" analogy, yet calling gun owning Americans "rattlesnakes" amongst other things.

I think you’re reaching far beyond the analogy into areas that most wouldn’t even see without the aid of binoculars.

Also, remember, this move isn’t technically a ban ban on Muslims, rather a ban on anyone from a prescribed list of countries, whether they are Muslim or not.

It should also be noted that you yourself have failed to address the question in your post, whereas I have addressed it directly.

You on the other hand have joined the thread merely to talk about other members of AB, rather than making a point about the question in hand.

Perhaps he and others should do the same, and not get involved in US politics.
