For those who took the time to read all the article, she used it in the context of having being called it herself, rather than using it derogatorily. I'm not defending her use of the word, in whatever context, but it would help if people understood the article, prior to commenting.
That said, it's just another DM article about some vacuous individual designed to inflame its readers.
