Too much room to sell it to a familly member for 500K then stck it on the market for the 600k the DM reckon it is worth(and with their track record on knowing house prices they are probably right).
Of course Mr Constantine should have given up at first Court hearing, no doubt it was pretty clear at that point no trespass had been done.

Islay, you dont know that for certain. AOG potentially gave you some rope and you hanged yourself on this particular thread.
When at the bottom of a hole stop digging !!
It is harsh Emmie but I know someone whose wife would not let a similar dispute go and their bill was larger. Their house was not taken so I can only suspect there is a little more to this story than we are being given.

A very funny ruling if you ask me, if one owes money and after all they only owed £132,544, surely the bailiffs are generally sent in, then if they can't raise the correct amount the debtor is made to raise it or declare bankruptcy.
In this case the debtor has assets i.e. the house, so he should be free to sell it himself to raise the amount due.
I must admit to not being an expert on debt, since I have never been in debt all my life, but I am sure it won't be long before some expert will be along to correct me if need be.
