I Might Be Haunted By The Spirit Of Someone Who Drowned

ok so a while ago i had this strange vision randomly that i was drowned by two men in a river everything was so vivid, like i was possessed by someone who drowned and they were showing me their memories of it or something but even weirder im a girl and in the vision i woke up on the shore by the river and saw a blondish boy at the bottom its been a few months since then getting small flashback type things almost everytime im around large bodies of water and earlier i saw some random scratches on my leg which never happened before and everytime im alone, or even sometimes when im not i get the feeling someone is watching me what is going on? not sure if anyone can help. just asking.

They keep running through my head, especially when I'm in that sleep stage between full sleep and only just nodding off.

yeah, a few times. it mostly just whispers things that make no sence though.

They are trying to contact you. Try having a sheet of paper in a flat surface have a pencil loosely in your hand, or laid on it with the tip on the paper. they may write what they want to say.

I asked your age because they could want to contact a young girl, which seems likely from what you say. good luck! :o}

Probably the vast majority of people would dismiss your suggestion as nonsense, I would not. Quite a few people acknowledge that there are things we don't understand and thus don't know if they exist or are happening so they are in effect a question mark - we can't say yes or no. Yet others suspect or believe that some people are more sensitive to "trace events" or "echoes/residuals"and therefore these people detect things that others don't, rather like the lady who literally smells Parkingson's disease off people (recently scientifically proven case) and/or hear particularly well (girl who hears butterflies flap their wings). I saw a vision once which presaged a meeting a few days later virtually word for word when a death was revealed - at the time of seeing the vision I felt incredibly ashamed, feeling that in effect I was "wishing" the lady in question dead. It was my only example ever but only I can attest to it.

What you are experiencing may be real or it may not be, nobody is likely to be able to tell you. My advice would be not to be frightened (if you can avoid it) but see what happens. If it becomes difficult then seek professional advice but be aware that you are likely to be met with either a lot of scepticism (medical profession) or enthusiastic curiosity (professional paranormal crowd, such as mediums, etc.). Sadly, you are unlikely to get much immediate support and may find you will become a curiosity. It may be best just to get on with your life.

Incidentally, the person concerned was a friend of many years and it turned out that at the time of my vision she was extremely ill and very close to dying. I was travelling, about to visit her, and was completely unaware of her illness.
