I too saw that in today's Express, but it appears to be another Express non-story, "a close friend says" etc. I don't think there is any chance of a return, though I wish he was in parliament under any banner.

I think Farage and Banks are starting a new party called MSBGHB (Make sure Britain gets hard Brexit) although it doesn't have the same ring to the it as the old title!!
