I have always said that the only way for him to be kept or go back to prison is for new alleged crimes to be investigated and proven to be him.

We need a legal mind on this. Police have said that Warboys was 'implicated' in up to 100 other assaults. I think (although I don't know for sure), that the CPS will only prosecute on those assaults where it thinks it can win. If there was a lack of evidence on the others, then I don't think the CPS would open the books on them again.

So it's probably a new victim.
