Wish I lived in England or Wales 2hours yes 2 hours extra boozing time to celebrate THE WEDDING,up here in Scotland they are trying to curb our drinking not encouraging it

Loads of pubs already have late licenses so it wrong make much of a difference.

If you can't get enough down your neck by 11 pm you have a problem.
there is 24 hour opening anyway so they can open when they like. Not sure why this is necessary.
Some people are just going out at that time.
We won't really be celebrating the Royal Wedding by going down the pub, though will we? Just an excuse for a couple more hours boozing. I can't see the point, and I like a drink.

This is all because in a typo yesterday I said that 20 x ten shillings was £20 instead of £10. Now I have acquired the reputation as a graduate of the Abbott school of mathematics.
