They will theland, going by the evidence I’ve gathered the whole thing stinks like a set up and Russia’s being framed especially seeing that the elections coming up so putins enemies want him out and what better way then smear his name through the mud and scare his countrymen that having him in power would destabilise the nations economy seeing that most of the world would then put Russia under serious sanctions.

A possible theory is that the “Russians” may have indeed done it but a lone wolf or small organisation unbeknown to Putin and the Kremlin, maybe a small group of ex spies/ kgb members who were betrayed by Skripal and felt betrayed by Putin when he took no action.
