Yes would bother me too - not because there's anything wrong with it as a stand alone career but teachers need to set a standard plus maintain respect and control - as shown he will always be the butt of giggles.

I 'm not shocked by anything these days. However I draw the line at a porn star teaching children. Just visualize him standing in front of a class full of sniggering lads, giggling girls.Most of them would probably have seen him on the porn sites. Naked,doing all manner of unmentionable things.If I was one of the kids I'd be wondering where his hands had been the night before. Yuk!!

PP... I think that a little research on your part may well have differentiated between an author of "dirty books" and a Porn Star.

Since this person has not been teaching since his 'other' career was discovered, this is an academic (sorry!) discussion at best.

I agree with Mamya - it's the disruptive effect this would have on his ability to teach effectively that would be the issue for me.
