forgive the use of Tmesis but un-^&*&ing-believable.
Bloody ridiculous!
The Institute for Monitoring Peace and Cultural Tolerance in School Education is not really the most impartial of organisations.
It is crammed full of Israeli politicos, and voted against Palestine being recognised by UNESCO.

This is from wikipedia...

// A comprehensive three-year study (2009–2012), regarded by its researchers as 'the most definitive and balanced study to date on the topic', found that incitement, demonisation or negative depictions of the other in children's education was "extremely rare" in both Israeli and Palestinian school texts, with only 6 instances discovered in over 9,964 pages of Palestinian textbooks, none of which consisted of "general dehumanising characterisations of personal traits of Jews or Israelis". //

So are you saying this is not true then GRomit ? :

//A report by the Institute for Monitoring Peace and Cultural Tolerance in School Education reveals that the Palestinian Authority school curriculum 'utilizes a variety of tools to convince children—mostly boys—to risk their lives and die as martyrs'.

Alistair Burt, the aid minister, admitted in parliamentary answers that British taxpayers are funding the salaries of 33,000 teachers who follow the curriculum that also promotes violence against Israel.
//
just what we need to know, that money is funding jihadist martyrdom, absurd and mind boggling, that money could be best spent here.
Surely, it's a basic principle that, before you give money away, you find out what it's going to be used for? Or, are some politicians really out of touch with reality? Surely not!
Good old Gromit. Despite all the evidence, the anti-Semitism always emerges. Hang your head in shame.

What evidence?
A group of Israelis have produced a biased report.
A quick search of the internet shows this charge is nothing new, and several sources have debunked it.

Here 9s the Huffington Post...

The Myth of Incitement in Palestinian Textbooks

Since 1998, the “Center for Monitoring the Impact of Peace” has persistently published reports claiming that Palestinian textbooks incite hatred against Israel and the Jewish people. While the Center claims “to encourage the development and fostering of peaceful relations between peoples and nations, by establishing a climate of tolerance and mutual respect founded on the rejection of violence as a means to resolving conflicts,” its attitude towards the Palestinian National Authority and the Palestinian Curriculum has been described as prosecutorial in nature. Being overly suspicious of their produced reports is well advised given that the Center’s first director, Itamar Marcus, is a right wing Israeli supporter and resident of the West Bank settlement of Efrat. //
Lol,Gromit.
The three great whoppers-1) the cheque is in the post.2) some of my best friends are Jews and 3) if you let me put it in I promise not to move it about! And nothing changes, Gromit.
I never have understood this condemnation of Jewish people. They are the same as us. Leave them alone we are all one humanity.
Lucky the billionaire leaders of Hamas steal most of the aid given to the Palestinians.
Breitbart News. Fake?

Huffington Post. Honest?

I wonder where Gromit gets his certainties from.
