Spath, as far as I can see you're the only one who's been rude here.

Who let spath out again to play with the big boys and girls?

spath,
We ‘got involved’ because the use of chemical weapons is against international law, thus it falls upon the great and the good to use the ‘big stick’ when required because the U.N. is about as much use as a catflap on a submarine.
I’d advise a little research on such matters before your next bout as a keyboard warrior, you’re coming across as someone who’d look out of their depth in a car park puddle.
Apologies if that’s a tad harsh, it’s just MHO.

I am sorry to have to say this, but the people in that youtube video are naive idiots, even if they mean well.
Why on earth do they not direct their ire at the warmongers in Damascus and Moscow? At least one time, would be nice. Anyone would think the PM had sanctioned the annexing of Poland the way some talk. 105 missiles to take out a few buildings, with no casualties, as far as any reputable sources can ascertain.
^^ Well, that's alright then. Speaking of 'naive idiots' ..........
'I can just imagine it in the future, if we are under attack, shall we defend?'

Yes.
Were we under attack?
No.
I wouldn't call Ichi naive, Khandro.
He's probably better informed on what the Islamists are up to in Syria than any of us.
And of course, surprise surprise, it now appears that the weapons inspectors from the OPCW, whose report some would have so keen to wait for, are bring prevented from doing any inspecting. You’d think that the local authorities would be keen to get them in to confirm their version of what happened :-)
One of those aggrieved ex-servicemen said, “I would much rather live my life not having to deal with the consequences of ‘What if?”

He needs to seriously consider “What if?”, as do those who think his action commendable because I can assure them that if “What if?” came to fruition, they wouldn’t like it.

Spicerack, why do you think ichkeria is better informed on what the Islamists are up to in Syria than anyone else here?
