As you say this has been chewed over and everyone has their own views on the parents' actions.
I've been following the very belated search for clues about the disappearance of Katrice Lee, the little girl who went missing from the NAAFI at Schoss Neuhaus, there seems to have been some movement, a name has been given in response to the drawing of a suspect. We were in the NAAFI that day and oddly she was very like our daughter, I still go cold when I see her photo. Hopefully there'll be some resolution for her parents, that awful word 'closure', one way or the other.

I think she was stolen to order and I believe she is still alive.

I don't believe there should be any cap on funding for the invesrigation whilst there remains any line of enquiry worthy of pursuit.

I don't believe her parents deserve the level of vitriol they've received.

I read spaths removed post. Thought it was a bit bonkers myself but couldn't fathom out why it was removed. I read it as very obviously his own opinion

My opinion?
She was dead within 48 hours of abduction, but definitely as her picture was posted with the abnormal looking eye.

No perhaps they didn't deserve the vitriol that they received, but much of the public money spent was a total waste.

I too believe she is dead and has been for a long time. I had doubts about her parents at first, but soon changed my mind and even though they should NOT have left the kids alone, they still have my sympathy.
