Of course he had a phone. Everyone has a phone. He had a lifetime ban so at least the company had the balls to deal with him even if the law didn't

237......but this thread is all about the Law, bringing a Bill in and then enforcing the Law seems to be quite a different matter.

I believe some comedian, whose name I did not catch, has suggested that the word "upskirting" should now become "choping". I think that'd be a good idea.
