The impression I got from the newspapers about this story was that a journalist asked the diver if he was considering sueing Musk after his libellous Tweet was posted. I imagine Unsworth was very upset at the time and said yes he was considering it. He didn't just come out with it unprompted.

I am sure no one else in the world believes that he is a "pedo guy". He might not even win if he did sue as his reputation has not been damaged despite Musk's stupid attempt to deride him after his ego was dented.

His stepdaughter is not under age, but marrying her is more than slightly odd, and his family are not happy about it.
