i think the murderers are not afraid of the law and getting locked up
i also think political correctness watered down that fear of the law
and i want it now mindset, steal sell drugs mug people, instant cash
and that gets admired in the younger upcoming would be dealers muggers sadly, perhaps if some were made to learn a trade would help even just a little, would be a start i think, what i do not get is, do they feel no shame remorse empathy at all.
