Any drug-user is facilitating crime, but there always seems to be a sub-text in Khan’s deliberations – in this instance not only in mentioning the middle classes in particular, but in grabbing another chance to scaremonger by throwing in the bit about the possible negative effect of Brexit. The fact is that sharing information is beneficial to all and as ridiculously pig-headed as the EU may be, it surely can’t be so stupid that it would willingly impair its own fight against crime … can it? Ah, well, if it is, there’s always Interpol with its membership of 192 countries. ;o)

3) pointed out that your predictions of EU wide quotas is pure speculation
4) pointed out that the quotas imposed on 2 countries were legally challenged and never implemented

125k police officers - say 125k other little helpers
so that is 250k - 'doing it' six times a day.
If the PNC is linked to the Eu one so that each PNC hit is an EU hit, then there is easily enought time and to have coffee and to shuffle your bottom on the leather chair a bnit before you go off duty.
