Robinson live broadcast the second trial which was nearing conclusion.
Looking at todays schedule at Leeds Crown Court, in court 11 are defendents Aadil Malik x2, Ifzaal Malik x2 and Wakkas Butt. I assume that is the third trial, and it is still in session. The verdicts on them all should be known soon.

AOG,
Thanks for the complement, but I have just done a bit more research, and those 3 I assumed were in the third grooming trial, are not. It is an entirely different case. Sorry to mislead.

Remember this is the judgement that let Tommy Tommy Tommy out. Nothing to do with grooming, and so on
Contempt appeals are usually heard by the judge who has passed sentence -and the ct of appeal usually declines to take a hand - so it is worth a read ( yeah yeah I know this doesnt comply with Euro-standards spec ifically nemo iudex in sua causa)

// (probably everyone agrees) a crime was committed outside Leeds Crown Court. //
anyone read and understand the judgement ?
contempt is not a crime to start with ( oh!) and was recorded as such ( naughty naughty ) but that didnt really matter ( oh! ) however the prison regime for convicts is different and more strict than those committed for contempt ( oh! ) and so Tommy was subjected to unfairness ( naughty naughty ). The speed at which it was adjudged led to unfairness ( oh! ) but that doesnt mean the judges were minded to remit the whole sentence ( naughty naughty )
and so it goes on
an embarassing cack up (oh!) - not spotted by the original defence ( naughty naughty)
so it will be remitted ( oh! ) for a rehearing (oh!) by a different judge ( naughty naughty)

AOG - // Thanks for the links, blimey it's almost an epidemic, good job we have the likes of Tommy Robinson to put his life at risk by protesting against these increasing disgusting individuals that we have allowed to take over with their filthy culture. //
I think you're getting confused here - 'Tommy Robinson' is in favour of the EDL, he doesn't protest against them.
It's an easy mistake to make, there are just so many self-righteous numpties clogging up the internet with their ideas.
